The idea of the game is good but not very well executed; there is a tutorial section which is always appreciated, but it tells you 1 key which the game tells you anyway in the game screen and there are additional keys and inputs that you need to figure out through trial and error. The atmosphere of the game is cool and the graphics are simple and pretty nice. The design of the reactor room is compact and the smoke and sparks in a dark room brings a very cool atmosphere, so the immediate presentation is cool. I enjoyed that the player character is a bat (?) which eludes to the Blind Repair theme, as well as the puzzles being dark and sound-based as well, it's a nice bit of thematic detail. Having the bat have proper rigged animations would've done wonders for the presentation of the game, but it's nice that there is some animation.
Really cool atmosphere but we would like some variation in the tasks. Jonas summed it up pretty good. 10/10 Mickey mouse jumping guy character
We liked the character a lot.
Good:
The character was cute, and the reactor looked cool.
The idea was good.
The atmosphere was cool.
The graphics looked good for being low light, which is hard to do well.
Could be improved:
It's nice that there's a tutorial, but it didn't explain the controls
The tasks were confusing and the text prompt was too close in color to the background so hard to read.
The character never rotates, would be nice if it faced the direction of travel.
The theme was not very clear.
The tasks would do well to have some sort of visual feedback for what you're doing.
good, try something weren't working controls were confusing and what to do in the mini wasn't clear but good try.
Idea was cool. Instructions a little unclear. Graphics looked nice
