The error suggests that you didn’t select a project to be included as part of your submission. I’m still seeing new submissions added now so I don’t believe there is a bug in the submission process.
I am sure that I included my project before,.. and I tried this many times,.. showing the same error Now, I tried again, no error, successfully submitted :)
