I must say this was one of the most enjoyable entries I've played so far, well done! The gameplay, sound and graphics really come together in a nice and pleasant way. If you'd like some feedback:

- stop the camera when the map ends, that way you avoid your players see a dark void of nothingness to either side. Procedural generation would also solve this issue

- the candle element really wasn't prominent enough

- Screen shakes would juice it up a ton

- It says you're not much of an artist, but the pixel art is really solid. Your game would profit from a more modern UI, especially considering the overall tone

overall I had a blast with this one though so keep going :)

Super fun shooter!

I loved the levelling up system. It was just hard enough while being really satisfying. The turret's were awesome.

My only real feedback would be to turn the blaster sound down. It was very repetitive and I can still hear it my ears. :)

Great game though. Good work. Keep at it. See you in another Game Jam soon.

Played as instructed and was super fun!

Great job creating a game despite not being a programmer, that is impressive. I am more of a coder than an artist personally, maybe we can collaborate sometime!
