well, I gave him fire he's a wizard it was there at the start fire causes stuff to burn and decay

The wand is the main object, your goal basically is the thing you need to fix in the game

The fact that darkness is represented by the zoom on the character being closer is really brilliant, also I like the shapes and textures of the walls. It feels artistic. Good job!

I like the game. I appreciate that not all levels are the same and the way you managed to interpret darkness in 2D is incredible. Most developers use some sort of Fog of War, but you came up with something new, something more interesting. When you think about it, it's very realistic; in darkness, you can only see the things around you and yourself. It's a very interesting and wonderful game. The music is exceptional but repetitive, and the art style is very beautiful
