One of the prizes in the rules is Most Insteresting Dev Log During Jam.

What time is this judged in, because I don't think people would have time to edit a dev log while they're programming? Are they supposed to be videos, or does it mean like text logs. I'm going to create a dev log on my YouTube channel, a day or two after the jam is complete, would that be considered for that category?
