You'll hold all rights for any submission you make (all our assets are public domain licensed).
You will have to submit your game here in order to participate in the jam, however after that you can do with it whatever you wish.

Can I add HDRIs, special background music/ game music theme in game which are not available in asset pack
All visual assets, as in, everything shown on screen should come from the assets I've published. Except for fonts, and audio which can be sourced from elsewhere or custom made.
