Query about asset format conversion from FBX to GLTF

To use the characters properly in Godot it's easiest to use GLTF format. The pack comes with FBX by default. Is it allowed to use Blender to convert the model assets to a different format and perhaps also "pack" the existing animations onto the mesh data for easier importing into the engine?

I suspect this is allowable as it's still the same model but just wanted to check.
