According to the publish date on the Itch.io entry you were 2 minutes late, sorry.
Just going to shoot my shot here, upload shows at 11:00, we were in draft mode till 11:02
So that'd be too late unfortunately, there's no way to submit it anymore. Sorry about this, however we're strictly keeping to the deadline.
