To more manage submissions, I think that is better to create a scratch studio where all submissions created in the platform will be assemble, Can I create this one ?
All games will be collected on the jam page, in order to participate in this game jam you'll have to submit (a web playable game, or executable) on Itch.io. So games that are only present on the Scratch website cannot participate.
