How do the 7 Skills influence gameplay in the game?
In Slime King origins, you level up skills by destroying items and consuming them. Different items level up different skills, and are found in different rooms. Therefore, when you choose the path you take, you end up choosing which skills to level up. Gameplay in each level consist of trying to push your luck as you consume as much as possible without dying to spawning enemies.

There are more details on how each skill affects gameplay in the itch page description, but in short:

Strength > radiation damage at a radius around each slime fraction

Speed > Movement speed and sling cooldown

Agility > Rotating the slimes and dodging

Defence > Max health and healing

Attack > Increased tether attack and decreased cooldown

Morale > Increases max number of slime fractions

Discipline > Learn to split and join slimes at will, not requiring loss of health

Hey folks! If anyone is having issues downloading the file due to firewall, try the newly added .zip version. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I can’t move, WASD does not work. So, I won’t be able rate this yet.

But stunning artwork, animation, main menu works and humor!

That is too bad! I am not sure what could be causing it. I just downloaded this same build and tested it again and I was able to move with WASD just fine. Thanks for trying :)
