As my title, can submit my existing game project to this Jam? or do I need create a new project?
it was my last two year project, the project quite big. :-)
The rules say you can use existing code, libraries and assets, but it must be a new project.
i c....must be build using RobotVM and for IOS only? or can I build for Android only?or may be just for web?

Sure, you can still participate! As far as i know, there are no restrictions on the platform!
Yeah, the rules don't state that you have to build for IOS.
