It’s an interesting concept, and the catchy thumbnail has lured me here to play this as my first jam submission. I have to be honest though - I think the concept, while very funny, does not lead to me personally having a very fun time. Maybe because of the wonky controls (maybe that’s part of the experience?), maybe because of the slow crawling or the unforgiving spike hitboxes, I found it quickly becoming quite tedious. It is however, nice to see a little blob come to life - a little smile on a circle does wonders.
Overall a clean entry, but not up my alley :)
Thank you for your honest feedback. Indeed the "wonkyness" is intended to impose a challenge. I tried to refine and tuned it down, sadly there are not many resources for wonky tentacle controls :D. But the spikes could have been more forgiving, that may be true.

Great job with the art: despite his simplicity it is very pleasant to see. I liked the music too.
About the controls: using TAB and R to control the tentacles felt uncomfortable at first, but I master it. Maybe using mouse would be a better approach?

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah i was getting used to the keybinds and so it stuck, but refining it would be a good idea :)
Really nice game! I like that you really need to zigzag your steps instead of simply moving straight forward with all legs. The moving of the legs was quite sensitive, but I managed to beat the game.

Lovely game. The controls are very unique, however, they were somewhat difficult to use. I'm sure that is the primary part of the challenge, but it did somewhat get in the way of my ability to enjoy the game. Still, the graphics are very easy on the eyes and the simplicity really ties the game together nicely. Great job!
