Did you work in a team?
We were a team of 6:

Armen and Unsey = Development
Romaselli = Graphics and UI
Ondjon and Kssio = Music and SFX
Henzoid = Game lore

Was the resolution a challenge?
Yes. Fitting all the UI needed for a turn based RPG battle in the 64 pixels, without it becoming overwhelming and taking the entire screen was definitely a daunting task!

What did you learn?
Ro Maselli: Most of our team had no prior experience with Godot. I ended up loving it, especially the UI and map editing tools!

Ondjon: We wanted to strike a chord between the music and visual esthetic. So we decided to go for a blend between chiptune and orchestral, which was a challenge in of it self. I'm happy with the result and learned a lot.

Kssio: I had quite a challenge creating old school chip SFXs (that sound good) and running through chiptune instruments with my teammate Ondjon. First time working with these kind of sounds and vibes.

Really loved the art style, the gameplay and the map design ! Amazing how you managed to fit a coherent UI in such a limited number of pixels. I’d really love to see a tutorial at the start of the game, as it was sort of hard to figure out how the game worked. Overall really loved it !
