Did you work in a team?
I was solo. It was a fun experience!

Was the resolution a challenge?
I found it challenging to render things crisply without slight distortion of certain elements. Text was especially difficult, and I didn't quite get it to a place I wanted. I'm glad I found the Unity tutorial posted on the forums, or else I would have submitted an unplayable tiny window.

What did you learn?
I definitely learned a lot about Unity - this is my second Unity game. I learned more about how to plan out a game beforehand to ensure your time is used effectively while developing, and I learned some UI techniques because of the low-res restriction.

was a bit linear, and the movement felt off, maybe in this type of games you dont need that much friction. i managed to find kazuhira!

Well done! I didn't really like the music, on my opinion, it should be more energetic. You also broke the 64 * 64 rule a bit, but I understand that it was difficult. I liked the gameplay and the difficulty - it was neither easy nor hard. I'd love to play a longer game in this style!

Developer

Thank you for playing! I get what you mean about the music - definitely something I'll think about for my next one.

Where did I break the 64x64 rule? I didn't realize I had missed something on that.

I'm glad you enjoyed it! Great to hear that the difficulty struck a nice balance. I would definitely like to make something like this in the future that's a bit longer.

This was a pretty neat little game. Love the simple graphics

Wish the gameplay was a little bit longer though

Developer

Thank you for playing! I definitely would have liked to add more, but time constraints are what they are!
