why did you use Unreal engine for a text based game ???
My computer started throwing out flames as soon as i start the game ^^
I hope you were able to play lol I realized I had way too much in the packaged folder that was never being used and I chose unreal because of the interactive nature of the code. Most text based games are very simple and I wanted to build something that can grow as I developed it to include 3D models as well as images.
Text adventures aren't really my thing, but your light/shadow and inventory additions did differentiate this from some of the other lazier text based games I've seen. Overall you seem to have done a good job and I'm sure some will be really into this. Good luck!
Hey thanks a lot, i know most of the jam games were more interactive so i appreciate you trying it out andthe feedback! I wish there was more time so i could add more uses for the items and images for each scene but ill keep developing the idea after the results for the jam come in.
