How does your game fit the Magical Girl genre?
In the City of Sin, being a "Magical Girl" is a prestigious job, known for its high pay and the fame that comes with battling heavenly abominations, known as Celestians. Vanny takes up the job after all of her hard work of getting out of debt was gone, finding a way out. She can transform into a magical girl to gain superhuman abilities with a magical guitar weapon.

How does your game fit those theme(s)?
Long ago, God declared light throughout the cosmos and named it Heaven. However, the light of heaven never reached a certain area of darkness. Heaven waged war and so the citizens of the underworld of wrath, were forced to fight against this divine intervention. The Celestian enemies were especially inspired by the concept and aesthetic of World Vanquisher.

Vey stylish main menu, and cool comic! I would love to see it more directed (e.g. so the game would reveal the frames with right timings) and with some sounds.

As mentioned in the comments already, the came just stuck showing "WASD" and some empty dialogue box, without reacting on any input. I also noticed that level is shown for a fraction of a second before the comic appears.

The comic is great, it does a good job of telling the story without using words. Not sure if it's just me though, but I can't quite figure out how to actually start the stage after that; neither enter, space, click, nor WASD seem to work...
