Ranked from 12 ratings. Score is adjusted from raw score by the median number of ratings per game in the jam.
How does your game fit the Magical Girl genre?
There are three magical girls whom you encounter near the start of the game; Amai, who can conjure candy and heal others, Seassa, who can conjure knives and has super speed, and Homura, who can conjure fire and has super strength.
Which theme(s) do you pick?
PANDORA PARADOXXX (and a bit of everything else)
How does your game fit those theme(s)?
Like in the original story of Pandora, the protagonist opens a jar despite instructions to not do so, releasing all the evils within it. There's also the paradox of whether the last remaining thing in the jar should be interpreted as a blessing (hope/expectation of good) or a curse (false hope/expectation of evil), which I explore by having good and bad endings. All other themes are also referenced at some point.
If you follow any of the optional challenges, elaborate as you like.
The washing machine is the main love interest. There are also a few eurobeat tracks.
Were the assets for your game made during the jam? Elaborate as you see fit.
Some graphics (magical girls, choice boxes) were re-used/edits from previous works, and all music and sound effects are free resources. All other graphics were made during the jam.
