I thought I already rated your game. How curious. Anyway, the idea of having the life bar be the mana bar too is interesting in my opinion. I think you could make your enemies a bit slower since I feel like they were rushing on me a bit. Doesn’t mean the game is too hard cause I’ve been surprising myself being able to pass through levels even though I found them hard at first. It’s a bit difficult to go from a spell to another which tends to make me focus on only one spell. It’d be nice if they were binded to numbers or the mouse wheel. Great work as seeing you were working solo for this jam!

Hey thanks for the feedback and rating! I’m  glad you enjoyed the game and that you feel the difficulty seems fair. I will definitely think about the control scheme since I too thought the spell switching was a little slow. Out of curiosity, i’m interested in what the highest level you completed was. And if I were to add more levels in the future, whether you think they should mostly be harder than the ones in the game now, or be a mix of similar difficulty and harder levels.
