I am not sure if I have to use music that is made for/during this Game Jam or if I could use just any royalty free music (with appropriate crediting). Could someone please let me know, that'd be appreciated :D

The rules don't specify and it seems like some of the games are using existing music, so as long as you have the rights to use it, it should be okay!
