It doesn't clearly say so but I understand that this is only for visual novels, right? I was contemplating of submitting my little tic tac toe game (https://teamcarrot.itch.io/tictacboom) here (I think it would fit "Škola & Šachy" well).
Well... it should be story focused... if it's lineart visual novel with tictactoe minigame, it's ok I think... so if you want, you can write story around that game ^_^
