Really liked the idea of different weapons on each arm and the melee weapons. Mind you I did not have a controller handy and the keyboard was a struggle as warned, but I still a good impression nonetheless. Vertical section was definitely very tricky because of the spikes.
Really great sound and graphic design as well, retro but also very clean.
On a controller I had a lot of fun on this game. The pixel art is amazing. I do have to say I prefer the Dinomech to the mushroommech. Loved the change in weapons too. It was fun wonder what you would get in each room. I felt like an air marshal with the two giant swords haha. Awesome job with the feedback on hits and deaths as well. Overall all amazing job.
Awesome intro, great music and great pixel art. The controllers were difficult (specially in the vertical sectiion) but did feel great once I got the hand of it. Nice job!

That vertical section is a kicker! Maybe the spikes were too much. Perhaps in longer levels with growing intensity would be easier. Was trying for fun to try but hard to master. Glad they started to feel great eventually :) Probably good I removed the double speed booster level! Thanks for playing!
It was quite difficult at beginning, after I got a little bit the movements.
At the end I wasn't able to kill the mushroom .. was too hard and the laser didn't shoot too far.

Thank you for playing and the feedback. Think there does need to be a bit of a better tutorial - gradual controls brought in. Rather than throw into deep end! I'll have a look at how to make them more intuitive! Ah!! The Mushroom fairies are notoriously sneaky. Definitely needs balancing! As there's a bit of a random factor in there - you can also sneak past 'em and get to the portal / next big mecha end level without killing your mushroom companion if you so wish.
The controls were difficult, but I loved the gamefeel and sense of humor. Definitely did not expect the ending haha

Really nice game definitely going to give it another shot with a controller. The pixel art is tremendous and the mech designs are so cool. One thing that might be handy is for the big crate type things to knock you back so they don't become stuck on you.
Thank you!!!! Definitely is made for a controller, think adding mouse aim support will be needed for keyboard as some sections need double aiming. Yes! Knockback would be great, I wanted to have some better player hit feedback, will definitely add that in! Perhaps some kind of overshield ability for when you're swarmed would be useful too.
