How does your game relate to the theme?
Our team interpreted Melon Jam’s “flow” in two directions: the tangible and the more abstract. In combination of both worlds, we incorporated the flow of time, sand, steam, and cooperation to fully encapsulate the theme.

Sand and steam play an integral role in our level design, while also demonstrating the flow of the natural world. Although the flow of steam signifies constant movement, in our game, steam acts as a barrier to the drone’s flight. Sand, on the other hand, aids the player’s progression. Each level rewards an hourglass—an object that exhibits the flow of time as well as the material flow of sand.

Beyond level design elements, the game redirects the player’s attention to the issue of character movement in other ways. Though the game can be played single player, having two characters allows for a cooperative space for players. For that purpose, the mechanic and the drone are controlled by key and mouse respectively. Each character has a distinct function, unique to their own, that complement one another. For example, the mechanic cannot press buttons while the drone can. In exchange, the drone cannot pass through steam, unlike the mechanic. Hence, one cannot progress without the other. Through the exploration of the environment, the flow of cooperation is unavoidable.

Really innovative idea, I like the game but I find it missing a bit of polish with some work I definitely see this being a hit!

I couldn't get past the third level tho, I am not very good with puzzles hahaha :(

Good job!

Really pretty artstyle and interesting mechanics. Pretty innovative concept and unique puzzles. Only problems I had were just some lagging and stuttering but overall very well done!
