Hi!

We're a two-person team (my friend will do the graphics, I will program, and we will design and write the game together) making a kind of introspective/narrative puzzle game taking place in a café. We were thinking about jazzy music, probably pretty melancholic but maybe with a touch of hope, that we would overlap with rain sound. We're pretty amateur/noob so it wouldn't be too ambitious of a project, if that's a matter for you. Also we're in France (you don't have to be but it will be easier to communicate if you're in a similar timezone).

Any composer into this? :)

Hello! I am in the US, so not in a European timezone, but I love composing music, and I used to play piano in a couple jazz combos. This sounds like a fun project and I don’t think the timezone would be an issue since composers mostly work with the group asynchronously. Je parle un peu de francais aussi. I’m @rosko.vair on Discord if you’d like to chat.

Cool, I added you on Discord :)

Hey, I'm a composer/sound designer. Not in EU timezone either, but at UTC +5:30. I've been focussing on sound design lately so I'd love to work alongside another composer and a team. The relaxed vibes you're going for with this game is something I've been interested in capturing. I don't know what the scope of your game is - maybe it's too small for needing a sound designer? Either way if you want to chat, send me a message on discord at comet1772.

Here's some of my musical work: https://soundcloud.com/anubhab-sett/sets

I also did all the sound design on this project: https://cityships.itch.io/yeti-vs-bats

Good luck with the jam!
