Use of Unreal Assets

Hi, little bit confused about the rules, I have a bunch of "free" assets in my library for Unreal Engine, some of these are paid assets although I got them as part of the "free for the month" things Epic does. Are we permitted to use these or are these off limits/against the rules?

Anything that you personally obtained for free  due to a limited time special offer that usually costs money would still be considered a premium asset. Free in this context specifically needs to be free for anyone to use if they want to.
Those assets are still premium but you were able to get a 100% discount on them.

Thanks for clearing it up! I was hoping to use Dynamic Volumetric Sky but that's completely fair, i'll either work on my own or use a free alternative like good sky instead. :)
