I actually really like the artstyle of the game, though at times it was hard to see enemies(for example the robots that you can get to after getting the double jump). I also quite like the atmosphere and sounds.
However, I don't know if it is just me, because I am not the greatest at platformers, especially ones with such tight level design, but this one is just sooo hard. It feels like from the very start you can't make even a slight mistake. Enemies notice me immediately, jumps are so precise I often need to try them at least a couple of times, and everything kills me in one hit. I couldn't really finish the game, just got too frustrated at some point. Then on the other hand I think if someone enjoys this sort of platforming, it is really a great game for that, so after all, nice job!
Thanks!
It's always good to hear if players appreciate my art / ambient in my games.
I wanted to make it difficult a bit, so it's not just you. I've recently played Elden Ring and I think it made me a bit "grumpy" when it comes to deciding how much error the game forgives the players.
I might have overdone it a bit tho...even had to tone down the difficulty, adjust the jump / dash distance a bit - because even I couldn't beat it which is kinda ironic.
