I was confused...didn't understand I had a grappling hook thing at all for awhile, pressed a bunch of buttons and found it but not even sure what I did and they couldn't seem to find it again. The layers were a little off here and there in the art.... seems like it has more to it, just not just how to navigate right away..

However, the game's incomplete, we had a few issues with people getting sick and busy with the holidays. There is a chance we might add more to it later, as we did have a lot of plans, it just kinda fells through.
Art is nice, especially the main character. I wish there was more definition between the foreground and the background. It can be tricky to tell what's solid and what's not when you climb upwards. I also got stuck on the rat boss - maybe I missed an ability but his jump + swarms shredded me very quickly
I like the sprites of the plague doctor.
But the game was very confusing to me. I did not really know where I had to go and what I had to do to proceed. I had a key, but no idea where to take it.
