Adorbs murderous bunnies! Took me a while to figure out that the pillars can be smashed and that you are not supposed to kill the big bunnies during their initial encouters lol. I love how there are short cuts and hidden rooms for stats bonuses, it feel very satisfying collecting them :D

My absolute fav aesthetic in this game jam so far it's so pretty! It's a fairly difficult game (which I have no issues with), but the respawn is bugged so since I was dying a lot it put me off to continue playing it because I had to start from the beginning of the game every time :/

Thanks for reporting the bug, I looked into it and the respawn fails if ↓ is pressed during the respawn animation.

I invite you to continue playing keeping it in mind.

I would like to fix it but I cannot touch anything until the jam finishes. T_T

Oh okay ty, I'll give it another try :)

Cool game, cute and brutal at the same time lol. Movement was pretty good but the jumping felt somewhat stiff and attacking was slow, which was a nuisance expecially when you had to hit the big bunnies from behind. The art and animations were great. I wished there was more to this but good job nonetheless!

I'm glad you liked it!

It was hard to fight things when every attack you perform means an enemy gets a hit off on you. That was the case until I figured out you can attack behind an enemy and drop down ledges to avoid being hit. Movement feels great, though it would be nice if holding down sped your fall (fortunately moving towards a wall midair speeds it up). The game looks beautiful even if fighting enemies is a tad awkward. This game is a short yet solid Metroidvania, and quite the pleasure to play!

Thanks you for playing!

The art looks cute and the animations have personality to them. Movement took some time for to get used to due to its clunkiness. Figuring out the boss' pattern felt satisfying tho

That was pretty good, I loved it. Very simple as well tho, so I don't have a lot to comment on sadly.

I guess I gotta get the obvious out of the way and already say that the aesthetics are definitelly the best part of it all, everything looks really beautifull and the characters are adorable x3

I love all animations you made for the Protag like falling by flapping arms and respawning kinda shocked, gave a good bit of personality to her, even if just a little. And I also love the detail on the menu where the priestess does a different animation depending wheter you choose to play or quit.

The gameplay itself is also fine, altought combat felt a little clunky since nothing has a lot of feedback to it. There are sound effects and a few attacks stun locks you for a frame or two, but I missed a little more impact on stuff, like actual knockback or a bit of screenshaking when I get punched by the Bunnitauruses, anything to show that it actually hurted. I liked the bossfight at the end against the priestress tho, It's simple, but I liked that there was a certain degree of puzzle involved by having to bait her into using an attack before getting to close so she wouldn't flee. The battle music is also a banger, but as far as I understood it's not original right? (wich is a bummer tbh, but hey, it's nice to have xD)

Didn't feel very metroidvania tho, since the only upgrade that actually matters is the double jump, and the stat boosters you find doesn't make much difference aside from the atk speed one (wich is found on the main path), but hey. they're still nice fillers to have.

Anyway: gaemplay video if you wanna see it

(Also, if you watch you will notice that I managed to get softlocked twice, first when I managed to fall on a pit before being able to jump, and the second when I interacted with the save stone before finishing the respawn animation)

Thanks you for playing my game!

Sadly I won't be able to update in time to fix those errors, but I'm writing them down in case I decide to expand the game in the future.
