Genuinely fun! The game looked really good, and music created a good environment. The game scaled a bit wrong on my screen, but it wasn't much of a problem. Loved the dialogues. However, gameplay and controls could get a little of an update. On the story point, I actually don't know if a story would add to this game, since it already feels great. Great game!
This game was really awesome! The animations were amazing, and it was generally fun to move around. You nailed the simplistic art style, that gave the environment a nice aesthetic (good job!)
One recommendation I have though is to make things a bit more snappy. Moving has a fair amount of acceleration and deceleration time, which made tight platforming a bit frustrating. When aiming, it took a fraction of a second for the reticle to move to where you aimed it. This hindered aiming, especially when I wanted to move quickly. I also had troubles with getting the correct angle, how it didn’t aim directly at the mouse. It seemed like the aiming occurred around some invisible pivot point, but not knowing where this pivot was made it hard to quickly achieve the angle I wanted. I would recommend making Tew aim directly at the mouse.
I really loved the dialogue though, you did a great job there. Also nice job with the bosses, though it was a tad odd that one was a scaled up sniper joe. I think the combat and movement systems are awesome, but the lerps made it feel a tad slow. I managed to get both the pie and ending, and had a great time playing!
