Wow! I love the aesthetic! The smooth zoom into the player when you're drinking is a very satisfying, nice touch! I needed to purposefully let myself get hit to reload on ammo during the boss fight which, I think, was a perfect implementation of the prerequisite! I do think the font at the start is a little tricky to read and a death/success animation would be nice (although I'm sure you'd have done that anyway if we had more time!) All in all a solid submission—I want to play more!

Cool game! I like the duality of being able to chose to resist the drink to survive or submitting to it so you have ammo.

You really need the backstory for the game to match the theme lol But apart from that, it's a funny idea and good implementation. I would have loved a mechanic to lower the heart rate (or did I miss it?), so that you can pick up more energy drinks to shoot.

I absolutely need the story! haha

The day of the jam started I was run out ideas  for mechanics so I decided to try something more narrative with cinematics, but surprise, I was run out time too. So I did this.

And yes! that's the mechanic that I missed. I will probably add a cooldown or similar as well as a graph for the bpm.

I'm glad you like it.

Sounds great and I really liked it! With a little more time I think this could be really awesome :)

Interesting interpretation of the limit, but the boss didn’t want to shoot bottles at me for some reason… and threw them elsewhere… :(

Thank you! The night was very long and I couldn't take it anymore. Now that I think more clearly, I believe that shooting 8 bottles at the same time is more like a boss thing, do you agree? Or would it be better shooting one bottle that follows the player?

Pd: Nice Duck!
