Hi, I don't think so. But there is only prize for games made with GameMaker Studio.
What TeroHannula said! You can use any engine, but since YoYo Games is offering the prize, they're picking their favorite GameMaker game to give a GM license.
To be eligible to win, does it matter whether I use GM:S 1.4 or 2.0?
