What are the Platforms the Finished game must be Uploaded to? Like Html, Android, Pc, Linux?

Use the HTML option. It makes it easier for people to play your game. You can add a pc and maybe mac and Linux, builds so people can download your game. but assuming your game isn't too large you should do HTML no matter what.

Mac and windows is usually what I do.
