One of the best concepts I've seen! The player can choose one of two strategies - one is to memorize the level so that they don't have to spawn as many lanternmites, and the other one is to drink some coffee so that they can keep track of the obstacles and the lanternmites.

I thought the fourth level was frustratingly unfair, but then I realized there's a way to easily lose only 0-1 HP at the top half, making bursting through the bottom half carelessly possible. That made me feel smart, which is something every puzzle game strives for.

You didn't do much graphics-wise, but you did add SFX and music, which beats what I do most of the time.

Really liked the concept, a cool idea for the gameplay mechanics.

I like the concept! I think that some sprites like the player and the key could be better, yet its quite an enjoyable puzzle. Music was very good as well. I did find that for some levels you could just use invincibility gaps and run through the lantern/s all game, maybe tone down the amount of time that the i-frames? In conclusion, I think its a good concept and hope that it would be expanded upon.
