Good game. I love the art and style. The concept is also really good! One thing I found and 100% didn't exploit (trust me) was that you could glitch out how much iron is in the truck. If you hold the iron and then spin around really fast then it can glitch out and count as 2 iron. Other than that a solid game and highly enjoyable. If you added more furnaces and steps, it would be a really good multiplayer game.
Good job! I really think this fits well in the implementation. Could have done with some ambience like the player breathing. I like the realism with the risk of ascending too fast. I noticed some of the assets weren't fully drawn, but that's highly understandable. making drawing and submitting a game in just 72 hours is really hard. The UI also looked really nice with all of the meters in the top right. Nice job!
I had an idea for the music speeding up the lower health you had, but it ended up not working and being rather repetitive so I cut it out. The controls are rather weird, I debated having right-click being pickup and left being interact, but ended up just leaving it in its current state. Thank you for playing, im glad you enjoyed it!
Very fun! I felt rather threatened by the title stating "RATE FAST OR EXPLODE", so I was sure to click on it and play. The art is really nice. For the putting the correct items in the right place, if you moved your mouse too fast, it would let go of the item, not the best for a time pressured game as i constantly had to go back and fix it. I didn't see the phone in the cut the correct wire game, so i just chose at random most of the time. Really good implementation of the theme.
I can't say that you have the rights for the music in the game, however free bird is very fitting. It looks quite nice and the camera shake really adds to the impact. There is an inconsistency between which art style is used, with the glowing boxes, pixel art ship, and background, maybe for you next jam, try and pick just one of them. Really fun and chaotic game, although it seems rather hard to die (maybe im just to amazing). Well done
Very nice. I really love the concept. the controls are intuitive. For the ship, I found that you can stick at the top for most of the game. I don't know if that's just my luck, but you may want to make the position of meteorites more random (if that's possible) maybe make it so its rare for 2 meteorites to spawn sequentially behind/in front each other. Great music and art style. Also i love how the green zones constrict the longer you go on. Overall, really well made, good job.
Hi, you webgl build seemed to fail (one thing you could try is building for development mode, that sometimes fixes it when your in a hurry). Anyways I tried the windows build and it worked flawlessly. Beautiful art style. Some of the hit boxes for the items are really difficult, especially when trying to put things in the boxes. The clock could do with a visual cause I didn't realise you could click on it xD so i was just scrambling for time. Got a full storyline, so well done on that for making it during a Jam! I Also really like the concept. good job
Nice concept! Personally, I think adding some sort of timer to the creation aspect would help the "Under-Pressure" theme of the Jam. Its very original as well and well made. The snake game has layers of polish I didn't expect from a game jam, and you made 3 games in one! The music restarting after every choice does get rather irritating, you may want to stop it from restarting every time. Overall, well done!
I really like the concept! The style for the game is really nice, with the code blocks. they are rather hard to read at some points, so maybe increase the texture quality. Not at all complex with a well put together game loop that really easy to understand. Not sure that the chiptune sound-effects fit right, yet still, well made. Good job!
