Use of the limitation
The player has limited amount of bullets that they need for two things, shooting and movement. The player is bound to run out of bullets at one point, so, they will not be able to move or shoot and the game will end. Hence, their failure is inevitable.

Cookies eaten
On a diet, so no cookies, ate a lot of fruit though.

Cool concept, I found it difficult to hit the ammo packets without getting hit by enemy ships, but it was fun!

Interesting concept. I agree with the below comments.

A little more tweaking with the values, and you can have something quiet enjoyable.

This is a very interesting start but the game feels like it need a lot of tweaking and polishing. 
1. Given how sporadic  the movement system is it feels like the ammo packets should give more than 3 bullets
2. The enemies coming in incredibly fast.  Almost to fast to react to.  Maybe this could be improved by zooming out the screen or making the enemies slower

I think this is a very replayable game! I enjoyed the concept a lot. One issue, however, that I have with it is a bug in which the ammo packs & enemies from the last replay don't reset. This happens 100% of the time when you click on the replay button. 

Other than that, very cool game :)
