Neat idea, but all movement had to be tile based, and your player is moving in all directions
Fair enough ;)
Thanks for playing!
I like the concept! It's neat to incorporate chess and warp the rules a bit!
I did find that the optimal strategy quickly became just moving left and right and spamming the spacebar which wasn't too engaging, maybe something to spice up the shooting to encourage timing and positioning? Some super bouncy dice which you'd want to shoot at the sides to bounce as much as possible, or some powerful die which explodes so you'd try to wait a bit for enemies to group up, maybe? ,,,I'm just throwing around ideas, they're probably not great examples haha
Still think it's a neat game! It's definitely got an atmosphere to it!
Also, got a score of 268 myself! ,,,dunno if that's good!
Awesome man thanks a lot for a very constructive input! Of course we had more features we wanted to implement, but time ran out lol.
I think we reached 300+ points play testing ;p
Thanks for giving it a spin!
I really like those ideas! Especially having some sort of exploding dice! That would fit perfectly with the broken physics of the game :D
Thanks for the inspiring input :)
Really cool concept art.
Thanks for the nice comment! Credit goes to Andreas's niece. She did us the favor of drawing something based on the game concept :)
i can't really understand how to play
Check game page for more info. Movement: 'wasd', shooting: 'space'. Have fun!
