Nice entry, cool concept as well! We were also playing with the idea of making a hospital game with a blood stealing vampire (as you mentioned in your game description.

As some of the other commenters already said some sound would have really been nice. What worked for me in the past was generating some quick sound effects on here: https://sfxr.me/

I probably missed it, but was there some sort of way to tell which guests had blood A type, or was it more of a trial and error thing?

Thanks for the comment, and the SFX link, that's likely going to help a lot in the future. And for blood type, it is essentially random, yes. You don't know what blood type someone has. IDK about you, but I don't know mine or have that information on me at all time.

Very cool concept! Some background music and sound effects would really enhance the game. Great fun! That timer went fast!

I like the Atari style graphics. A bit more audio or visual feedback on what is happening other than the meters going up would go a long way

I enjoyed the retro look of this. Some beeps and boops would have really sealed the deal. The lack of a goal more than just keep your blood level up makes the gameplay a bit boring though. If you would have had the time to add everything you planned this would have been a pretty neat little arcade game I think :)
