Cool concept and gameplay mechanics, although it's not very challenging when being able to have all the spheres active at once, shame you didn't manage to fix that due to time constraints. But the rhythm is used in a very interesting way, being you making the rhythm by yourself!
Cool idea with some neat presentation :)
I did hit a few bugs - and took me a while to notice the [1] to set the cross-hair control; but it was a real ambitious project for a game jam!
Graphics is good, but game is very confusing for me
Yes, it provides an unusual mechanic and sadfully my time ran out so I was not able to make a good tutorial. Thats why I entered some information into the description of the game.
good looking environment, but i couldnt really get it going. how do you do anything else if you have to constantly use attack so you dont die? how do you recharge your shield, the ball doesnt lower into the pedestal. what do you do with the signal detector?
The ball not lowering for shield recharge is a bug that I could not reproduce in Unity and so I wasted a lot of time with trying to fix that.
The Signal detector was intended to provide Voice Overs which would tell the story but time ran out and I dont want to cheat so I will provide the missing rest after jam submissions are over.
The core idea was, that you only can activate a maximum of two pedastals at the same time. With that rule, that game might have been more interesting but my main focus was to find a way that synchronizes the sounds.
Hard to get how to start. But then feels good quite enjoyable. The game was interesting.
