If I simply mention the police in my game and have police sirens in my game, without actually having them show up, would that be against the limitation?
i don't see how the police would be against the limitation...

I just thought a police would fit under that.
sometimes in games the police are the bad guys
yea but the police who are heroes are mentioned in the game but they are not in the game, hence mentioning is fine
