I really want to play more of this, it looks really cool. The small resolution and quick deaths make it difficult to get into, but I really like the look and idea, and the swings can be real satisfying when they connect.

The art and animation in this is really really good the animations feel satisfying and smooth and the pixel art is really good especially in how you represent the controls with a notebook that has all these details in it as well as the different death cards. However the controls feel a bit strange at times and my character seemingly doesn't respond to my input sometimes. So while that part could use some improvement the pixel art and animation is overall really good and probably some of the best I've seen come out of a game jam.
