heyy, good job! thoo i think its a lil too stiff rn, you could remove the indication of weaknesses and what the cards target and let the user understand that through text. then, you could make the amount of damage higher so you dont always know exactly what card to play but when you get it right, its a big chunk of health taken
well anyway only redditors would rate this low cuz the storyline is funny af
Reminds me to The Secret of Monkey Island. I am curious whether something commercial could come out of this, it looks interesting.
Good job guys!
A very nice and original idea. Love the narrative and art style, as well as the gameplay. Cool game!
Quite an original and clever premise! Funny writing, especially the intro sequence. I love the idea of Reddit Guy actually being useful to someone.
Vibrant art style with a lot of personality. (Hey look, I used gelatinous cubes in my game too! :D )
A few suggestions for improvement:
-The card play could be slightly faster.
-The opponents could have names and unique taglines.
-Setting aside each enemy's vulnerabilities, it is a little unclear whether they are immune to the other suits or simply less vulnerable.
-A little indicator should show the amount of damage that each attack does (of course I can figure it out by comparing and subtracting, but we're conditioned to expect this feature).
Cool concept!
