The central idea is interesting, and works reasonably well.
Here are a few things you could do to kick this game up a notch:
- The enemies could move a bit on their own--otherwise, it is too easy to just avoid them as you search for the exit.
- The dungeon could have contents to explore and negotiate, such as walls and furniture. The player might have to search for a path towards the exit.
- You could add some collectibles, maybe as secondary objectives, or possibly as powerups (temporarily move faster, temporarily become invulnerable, etc.).
I do not get what the game is about :(. I was thinking you will be the bait and the projectiles should hit the enemies, but I think that was not the point.
As enemies dont move, the easiest thing is not to move.
That is the point of the game also the enemies should move if you're in their FOV
The game is ok, I think this could be a great game by changing some simple things. The camera is too zoommed in, and the projectiles shoot by enemies could folllow the player with some max turn angle. Maybe also trails of projectiles and particles on hit would improve it graphically. Anyway I think it's a great use of the limitation!
couldnt really find the end or something but ok idea
It is at the top of the dungeon
Very interesting use of the limitation. Well done
Thanks!
