In the boss fight, you have minimal control on Mr. Teeth. You cannot do anything to stop him, but only save yourself from his scolding till he gets tired.

I think entering or submitting this game to three Jams really hurt you.
Almost instantly I noticed you don't need to be holding the water to give Mr Chilli the water and pass onto the next level. Just walk up to him and hit space. I think you should have focused on one and ironed out the bugs, that a pretty major one.
Really cool game art though and aside from the major bug, it plays well.
