Hi Everyone,

I'd like to give you a 'peek' from  these two screenshots of my game so far. I'm making a top-down shooter and it's coming along well. I'm using Unity as my engine and various other programs for music, art, etc. I'd like to know how everyone else's games are doing, so please leave comments!

Oh, wow, is this a randomly-generated world where you need to get as far as you can and get a high-score? I like that idea for the theme!
An easy and clever way to include the theme, without actually making it!

I've already posted two updates on my game. It's a 2d puzzle game where you have to arrange the numbers to make the equations actually true. And I've kinda just taken the theme, removed a letter, and made a game around that.

I've used GameMaker as my engine, aseprite as my sprite editing program, incompetch.com as my music source (can't for the life of me make music without a mute button), and a couple of friends as beta testers. I'll probably also use bfxr for a couple of sound effects.

Haha, I was thinking of procedurally generating the levels but I decided for a jam it may be best to stick with pre-made levels. Good idea though! Might expand on it after the jam.

I've seen your game and your updates and they look really interesting! I'm looking forward to playing it and working out how to play it! Can't even begin to think where one would start when making a puzzle game.

I've just imported some effects from bfxr and it's been really successful. Good luck!
