An amazing game! I was stuck at first with the "only 1" level, but after that I started to understand and, without having finished yet (I just crossed the 33=... equation in the main map) I can say that this is a very very enjoyable---and of course challenging---adventure. I liked very much the menus, and also the music. Congrats for having developed this brilliant proposal.
PD: I hope to have some free time soon to get to the end of the game!
Thank you! Also, you're probably gonna need a lot of free time.
I suggest turning off the limitation after the jam is complete, and try to beat it. A few levels are gonna get hard, but nothing as extreme as the Level 14 Secret Sub-world.
Which one is level 14? What is a secret sub-world? Well... you'll figure that out soon enough.
it's the most difficult and unfair level in the whole game. Keyword here being unfair.
Good luck, and thanks for the feedback!
Jason, you were right. Our games have some similar origin) And your view on this theme and your realisation is real good. Sound , mechanics , menue is awesome. It is realy smart game! It’s not just an exchange of friendliness. it's my opinion. U did well. did you have some expirience in puzzle game before?
Thank you! And no, no prior experience, at least that I can remember.
I just play it, and wow ! When I opened the game and played it the first time I was stuck on the same level but then when I saw the file "level ", I decided to open the level " only one to exit " , I changed it and I saw that I completed the level. That's the type of puzzle game, I like, you have to think with the clues given.
Very cool Baba Is You/Sokoban-esque gameplay idea. Clever!
I liked the menu
Took me a while to rate this one, because uuuuuh I wasn't progressing much and wanted to see more levels before rating, ahah.
Anyway, the core game is already pretty cool. The way you have to move elements to complete the math puzzles is nice. Also, great pun on Summit... Sum-it.
And the fact you can move the tutorial / menu text is awesome, and adds some humor to the puzzles.
Great job anyway, it's a great entry to the Jam!
Also, the limitation switch is a great idea.
Thank you! I'll probably update the game one the voting period has ended with the limitation switch being disabled by default. It just makes the game way harder than it needs to be, and I'm too lazy to remove it completely.
Thanks for playing! Hope you enjoyed the levels you got to saw! And just for reference, there are a total of 25 levels (4 secret levels and 1 end level).
I'll also make it possible to beat the level-menu. Just to make it even more like baba is you.
The limitation button was quite ingenious =))))
Also wow, there's a lot of stuff in the game, that's really nice, but sadly I didn't finish the game.
I'm not really surprised. I did add a lot of levels, and secrets, and in general it probably takes more than an hour to complete. Not to mention the sheer difficulty of the game. I just hope you liked it!
Wow! I really love the concept of that nearly everything is manipulable, even though this wasn't the main idea. This leads to some really silly yet sophisticated gameplay, well done! I like the pun in the title and the music is really peaceful. I've really enjoyed your devlog through the community feed, it's really cool to see the final product!
Thank you! It is heavily inspired by Baba Is You, a fantastic, amazing, beautiful, <insert praise here>, super puzzle game. It's also extremely difficult, and that's why I didn't bother balancing the levels for my game either. Also time constraints. Also already spent a total of 8-10 hours just on the levels alone.
And since you say the music is peaceful, I guess you haven't found the secret levels yet (or the ending). Which is fine. I didn't expect anyone to beat it in less than an hour either way. I'm glad you like it thus far!
Aha, I'll be sure to play it more and see what you mean! I'm trying to play a lot of games at the moment but I'll definitely come back and tell you how I go!
