Edit: Forgot to mention, sorry for this giant wall of text. There were a lot of updates today, and some very important notes that I couldn't summarize down. Hope you don't mind

Finally finished it! It's up now and I feel proud of what I've made. I finally made something I consider complete, and won't have to change anything for the post-jam version. (except bugs, that is. They always find a way to get in my games)

I wasn't feeling tired the previous night, so I thought I'd start with the level menu. You know, something fun and simple, that should take around two to three hours. I said that at midnight. I finished at 7am. Quite a big difference if you ask me...
But I feel okay about it, because it ended up being awesome! Seriously, check this out!

A fully interactive level menu, with levels being locked till you complete the previous set, indicators for which levels you've beat, which you haven't, and which you've found a secret inside them! I love it!

And right after I made it, I fell asleep for a good seven to eight hours, and didn't even wake up to the smell of launch. Weird, I know.
Next, I made the main menu (no point in posting a screenshot here, since it's just the main menu and you'll all see it when you download the game. You will download the game, won't you?), added the credits sub-menu, an exit button, aaand that's about it.

Next, I added music, and made a couple sound effects (literally, just two), and then had a heart attack. While I was searching for music, I decided to check the rules one more time, and wouldn't you know it, I completely missed the limitation requirement.
Thankfully, most of the game was already WASD only, so it wasn't too hard to add three more blocks to do the job of the macros. Only took three hours to adjust the levels to the new changes.

But, because the game doesn't feel so good anymore, I decided to add another option on the main menu. The ability to turn off the limitation itself!

Now just to be clear, this ability to change the rules of the game, or game jam, or galaxy, whatever you call it, isn't for everyone to use.
The game by default has the limitation on, and it should remain on if you want to rate my game, since these are the rules of the jam.
However, for outsiders wanting to play this game, or after the voting period has ended, turning this off can make the game a little less frustrating, since you won't have to move around so much, and you'll have the ability to Ctrl+Z whenever you want.
This is why I'm leaving it in.

The game should only be judged with the limitation active. If you're half-way through and have tired fingers or whatever and decide to turn it off, this is bad game design by me, so you should rate my game less for taking the easy way out, and not finding a better way to solve this.

Anyway, after that I made the itch.io page, removed my save from the .zip (I almost forgot it there), uploaded it and submitted it.
Good luck to everyone! Hope you all had fun, because I certainly had!

This sounds great! I'm looking forward to how everything works. I'll definitely be giving it a play
