Clean and simple! Add some more mechanics and music! Nice job!

Clean, simple design. A fun challenge.

It is very difficult, however, partly because the cursor is so small. It might make more sense to have a different object as a cursor, or to let the tears move slowly, at least at first (and they can accelerate later).

Also, some sound effects or music would really make the game stand out. You can get a lot of bang for your buck even if you don't spend too much time on the audio.

I really like the simplicity of the game 

It is quite  easy though maybe you could make tissues as power ups or something.

I think some How to play section on the description of the game is kinda required coz my first run was just watching tears falling. Quite simple but I like how it gets faster with time!
