Always love a new dungeon crawler. It's fun brawling and exploring.
The music is decent, but the sound effects get grating after a while. Also, it would be great to give the main character a bit more animation--that's the sprite the player stares at throughout the game.
Note: In one playthrough, I got an odd bug where after I respawned, I just kept traveling downwards, as though the Down key was locked. I'm not sure if it's because I was pressing the Down key when I died.
The screen on the web build is quite small. I liked the music. :-)
This game was really nice and an awesome concept, but the gameplay needed a bit of additions to it.
It would of been nice if there was a health system that players could see, a damage system so I can see how much damage my spells do, and a reworking of the damage system to enemies overall. My fingers got tired a bit after constantly shooting at the enemies.
Overall though, I liked the dungeon-like music and the art of the game. Nice game entry!
Could use some variety in the enemies and room layouts. The entire combat loop was always just run in circles and shoot in the middle of the room. I played until I entered a room with no doors and was not able to continue.
Fun game, although it is very hard! well done :D
The gameplay felt a bit monotonous, but making a dungeon crawl in 3 days is a challenging goal. Well done!
The WEBGL version does not seem to be able to display some of the screens. I would suggest fixing the settings.
I found that super hard!
I really liked the idea, though :)
