Presentation is amazing! Very atmospheric and definitely feels like you're in a space station. I think the movement could use a little tweaking. I think it might help to have some air resistance to the player. Of course, not too much because you want to keep that floating feel, but I think having some force against the player might make the controls feel a little tighter and not so slidey and uncontrollable.
Great work! Very polished for the time frame of the jam!! :)
Thanks you so much for your feedback, it means alot. Air friction would have been a good idea!
Surprisingly full game for such a short jam! Liked seeing a perpetual reminder for controls (MMB prompt) as well as hover-over prompts for what item I'd need for a specific obstacle, because it can get finicky determining what is a puzzle and what the puzzle designers think are a good fit to solve it - looking at you, adventure games. I would have liked it if mouse-input (and velocity) had been turned off for when rushing into the radio, because I missed a couple of text-frames during its auto play.
Thanks so much for the feeback and It makes me very happy, you felt it was a full game, It really came down to the wire for adding game elements. You have a good point about the dialoge prompts, looking back, I should have made the button to move through dialoge the MMB.
Love the exploratory nature of this game and the atmosphere, lighting etc. Really cool concept & use of the limitation. You did a lot, so I understand why you ran out of time for SFX -- even a little low hum sfx or some static etc would be a cool addition. Nice work!! Really like this.
Thanks so much for the feeback. It makes me really happy you enjoyed the exploration in the game. I was trying to build a spaceship that was interesting and intriging/trying to have the setting add the narrative. I agree full about the sfx and they would have been the next thing I would have added if I had more time
Nice game, good mechanic and great art. I'm only missing sounds, probably would improve the gameplay.
There's not much in the game yet, but the difficulty to move right is a challenge already xD
Thanks for the feedback, the game was definitely over-scoped and I would have liked to add more. I agree about the audio, I wanted to make a suspenseful music loop and have the story be audible voice recordings. I think I got a little too invested in the art of the game and the rest kind of fell in priority.
