I made all sprites 8x8. The only thing I didn't make 8x8 was text I have no clue how to make custom font. Sorry if I broke the rules.

It's a really clean game, the little thing is when i'm on the computer, i press oftenly to escape to close the inventory and i go back to the main menu otherwise, just perfect man
Thank you so much!!! I’m sorry I didn’t see this comment sooner.
Good game! I like the idea and its fun to play. I had some trouble getting down the controls even after the tutorial. On my first playthrough, I didn't realize what the computer was and just tried to left click on it.
If I understand the mechanics correctly, it seems like the optimal strategy is to keep the cat count relatively low by juggling cats in the computer room in between taking out the trash and adding food.
Thank you for the feedback next time i'll make sure to make the controls simpler.
Nice!
I feel like adding progression would really make this game less stressful- it starts out fun, which is a great sign, but when the number of duties increases while your capacity to complete them stays the same, you get much less fun out of the experience.
Maybe adding an upgrade system for the duties, like increasing the number of food dishes, or the number of times a cat can use the litterbox, or a computer upgrade that automatically orders up food every once in a while (as well as the usual speed upgrades, etc.) could help thwart the growing pile of chores and make you feel like you can accomplish even an insane number of cats!
Good luck though, I gave this 5 stars for presentation because the style is so charming and cohesive. Good luck with your week!
Thank you so much for the great feedback! I really wanted to add an upgrade system when you use the computer that’s why there is so much room in each room. Unfortunately I put the idea of upgrades as polish but I didn’t have enough time to polish that much. Again thank you so much for playing.
