Fun game! Definitely would recommend ;)
I love the plot twist at the end as well as the lighting effects for the torches. the music and sound effects just really top it off
Well, what a plot twist! May be servants need to move a little bit slower, so it would be possible to avoid them. Also, suggest you to change the end of Silver prince's note from "Hahahahahahahahahaha" to more evil "Muhahahahahahahahaha" :))
Really cool, but its a bit too easy to get stuck. Maybe align golden people to a grid to fix this?
Probably just would have decrease width of collider after collision and that would be a simple and effective solution
Absolutely adore the music and the use of limitation, well done!
Played the game on the stream, in case you wanted to see some gameplay:

Thanks for playing! I watched the stream too :)
Do You mind if I use a clip from your video in my devlog for my YouTube chanel? I could credit you with a link in the desctiption if you give it to me.
No problem at all, go for it. for the credit you can just use my channel link: https://www.twitch.tv/codoor_
Look forward to watching the devlog :)
Managed to do it with 12 seconds left! Took a few tries though. Interesting turn of events in the ending. Liked it. :)
Thanks for the feed back!
Cool game, the hitboxes on the servents felt a little weird sometimes, found a spot or two where i could get past them going up but not down after.
Great game, the art and music are really good as well as the end
5/5 would turn to gold again!
The use of limitation and the game mechanic is well done in this game. The replay value is not that high but it's not matter for this game. The music contributed to the tension and the chaotic gameplay very well. Overall, I enjoy this game!
I felt that the hitboxes were off. Got stuck several times where It seemed like I should be able to pass just fine. Loved the music!
nice game
i did enjoy this quite a bit but i do think the presentation could use some work
What do You mean by presentation?
like art and stuff
its really blurry to me
Yes, agreed! :)
Wanted to implement Pixel Perfect and upscale pixel art, but did not have time - should have done it form the start.
Thanks to You I just found a 1 click solution for the blurry art - will upload these versions too, leaving the original Jam submissions, just like the rules states.
Fun game!I like playing it
Great job! Quite good musical accompaniment, sounds are made well, smiled at the end, good plot)
Fun game! Can definitely see it being developed into a full game where everything turns to gold create paths and obstacles! :)
Thanks for the kind words!
Not only is this an incredibly unique theme idea, it actually stands as a brilliant concept you could extend further to make a whole game.
This takes a completely different approach to enemies in a game, instead of them attacking you, they become obstacles. I think this would have been a lot more interesting with more enemies. At the moment it's quite easy to get through without any skill needed.
A sad ending though.
Yeah I did it small amount of time, that's why the small scope.
At the end decided to reduce the amount of enemies because usually my GameJam games tend to be too hard :).
Thanks for the kind words!
Ah ok, well in that case I'm glad it was too easy rather than hard!
Should have been called "Midas Touch"
Good, but short game!
yeah it is, was made in spare time. Myself i actually like short game jam games, that can be finished in a short time.
Btw there is game called Midas Touch submitted to this Game Jam :)

Nice game. I had this idea at first but I didn't find a way to make it. It's well done.
Sorry, but my pc doesn't support WebGL 2.0, but its look like a good game at the screenshots
What browser do You use, maybe Brave? Because it runs fine on Chrome and FireFox.
FireFox, its not the browser fault, its my pc
Like the visuals and overall look of the game
